Hi, Mama. I´m Maike!
I am the founder of Maike Mancuso Coaching and the Mama Method supporting Mamas during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond by delivering curated at-home and live workouts, workshops and on-demand programs to support you on your journey through motherhood with confidence, community and joy.
I am the mama of two boys, pregnant with my third (A GIRL), originally from Germany, loving life in California. I know life can get busy and I have created this program to allow you to just follow along with simple video instructions, take the guess work out of your postpartum recovery and your return back to fitness.
I am a Certified Health Coach, Fitness and Yoga Instructor with a pre and postnatal specialization.
