The Postpartum Recovery Course is designed to support and empower new moms as they navigate the early stages of healing.
Led by pre- and postnatal fitness expert Maike Mancuso, this 6-week course combines core rehab, pelvic floor education, and gentle movement in a warm and welcoming space - with your baby right by your side. Whether you're 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, this program helps you:

The Details:
Duration: 6 weeks (Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30am, starting July 31)
Meeting Format: In-person or via Zoom (In person meet in Pacifica, Ca)
Babies are welcome.

Important Note: Please ensure you’ve received medical clearance to begin a postpartum exercise program. We’ll start with gentle, functional breathwork and daily movement patterns—but every mama’s journey is unique, and your recovery should be too.

Weekly Overview
Week 1: Foundations + Breath & Connection
Introduction to your core and pelvic floor, postural changes postpartum, and how to reconnect through breath and alignment.
Week 2: Gentle Core Engagement & Diastasis Awareness
Learn how to safely activate your deep core and assess for diastasis recti.
Week 3: Pelvic Floor Strength & Release
Understand how to properly engage and relax the pelvic floor to support healing and function.
Week 4: Functional Movement & Stability
Start integrating gentle strength-building movements to support your body in daily mom life.
Week 5: Posture, Alignment & Everyday Habits
Build awareness of body mechanics and improve alignment to reduce discomfort and strain.
Week 6: Integration & Celebration
Celebrate progress, reflect on your journey, and learn how to continue your recovery at home.
