4 -Week Postpartum Recovery Course + Mama and Baby Meet Ups (virtual and in person options available)
The Postpartum Recovery Course is designed to support and empower new moms as they navigate the journey of postpartum recovery.
Led by an expert pre and postnatal trainer, Maike Mancuso, this course focuses on restoring core strength and function, helping you regain your physical well-being and feel confident in your body after childbirth while connecting with mamas in a similar stage of motherhood. Throughout the four-week program, we will meet twice a week (Monday + Friday 10:00 - 11:00 am) , either in person (address provided later) or virtually via Zoom, to create a supportive environment where new moms can connect and share their experiences. We understand that your little one is your top priority, which is why babies are more than welcome to join us during the sessions.
Our expert trainer will guide you through a series of exercises specifically tailored to postpartum recovery. With an emphasis on safety and proper form, you will learn techniques to target and strengthen your core muscles, which may have been weakened or imbalanced during pregnancy and childbirth. By gradually reintroducing physical activity, we will help you build a strong foundation and restore your strength and functionality.
In addition to the exercise component, this course will cover essential topics related to postpartum recovery, including diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor health. Our trainer will provide evidence-based information, practical tips, and resources to support you on your journey towards postpartum healing, overall well-being and confidence.
